Lily has consistently thorough memory and recollection of what happens to her and around her, and her age absolutely does not limit her abilities to articulately express herself.  This only improves with her practice as she elaborates on her experiences, while in the meantime she builds self-confidence to withstand the bizarre circumstances she’s forced to remain in.  Why do I need to declare the obvious?

  • Her mother Respondent is abusing Lily by calling her a “liar”, simply because Respondent’s invented and inconsistent stories don’t match hers, and Lily refuses to repeat Respondent’s alienation programming.
  • Respondent is abusing Lily by having her in therapy for vague behavioral problems Lily does not exhibit, and then will add insult to injury by framing that Lily is doing things that Respondent is actually doing by way of projections onto a 9 year old.

L: I have never felt like I was heard, at all, when my mom’s there.

Respondent: WRONG

{See EXHIBIT from 2016-12-12: Snippet from Oxnard PD victim report, of when Lily was thrown across the room by mother, and it was attempted to be covered up with falsification by this declaration of Respondent}

L: She says that I’m stealing, lying, being bad in class, never doing what I’m supposed to, always talking in class, and everything like that, but that’s not true!

Here is the TRUTH:

Timeline

  • 2017-04-08:
  • 2017-04-04:
    • Bre and Lily were looking in Respondent’s sock drawer in the fifth-wheel trailer, while Respondent absent as per usual.
      • What they were looking for were “types of socks”.
      • What they found were “15 vibrators”. {EXHIBIT}
        • These are the ones Kaylie is mentioned to have found before and used as well without Respondent’s knowledge.
    • It is entirely unclear where Kaylie is, since she has been moved from the “Bakersfield shelter” for an entirely unknown reason.
      • Respondent is acting out intentional erasure of Kaylie by appearing to “forget” she exists, and being distant any time she’s mentioned or asked about by Lily. {EXHIBIT}
    • Brandon is “gone in Japan for six months”, which makes Respondent “pretend to cry and miss him” but is secretly happy and keeps buying things.
      • {Sudden access to more credit cards appears to make Respondent very happy}
    • Respondent’s dynamic with her fiancee appears to be such that she calls her 10-year-younger boyfriend “Daddy” and “acts like she’s five years old most of the time”, and “always gives him cheesy gifts”. {EXHIBIT}
    • Respondent’s boyfriend Brandon drinks “alcohol like wine, beer, and whiskey and stuff” and smokes in the trailer with the children present.  This continues to be an action in contempt of usage of alcohol and drugs within close proximity to my daughter.
  • 2017-03-20:
    • Lily says that Respondent told her and Bre “no phones for the weekend”, despite Lily requesting to call me and keep in contact, and also had a “surprise camping trip” sprung on them in which Respondent’s new boyfriend proposed to her.  This continues to be an action in contempt of open communication with my daughter.
    • Final text messages from 2017-03-18 11am:
      • Cole: What’s going on where you aren’t allowed to talk on the phone?
      • Lily: Oh it’s cause I want to talk about something but not in front of my mom
      • Cole: ohh gotcha
      • Lily: And Brandon
      • Cole: Do you know what time you’ll be able to call?
      • {no further response all weekend}
  • 2017-03-07:
  • 2017-03-06:
    • Respondent is keeping Lily from explaining things about what happens around her. Kaylie was insisting on various porn videos now, including “Hentai”, “BDSM”, and “fingering”, which was something she decided she wanted to act out for Lily. Kaylie has been sent away to Bakersfield for a “long, long time”. CPS only asked Lily about how she’s disciplined at each house, and no further questions seemed to be allowed, despite Lily’s obvious explanations about her mother making up things about her. Respondent is now attempting to frame Lily for “stealing from sisters” when this does not happen, while Respondent is the one actually stealing money from Lily &c.
  • 2017-02-21:
    • Kaylie has been in mental hospital again since last week until this afternoon “because she didn’t feel safe around her mother.” {EXHIBIT}
    • Mother makes children do her chores, then pretends she does everything, including caring for cat.
    • Brandon tripped Lily, fortunately she held herself up from falling. Lily told mother, mother defends Brandon as though it was an “accident” or “maybe playing around”.  “None of” the children like Brandon.
    • Mother continues to use Brandon to “bribe” children with activities, and Lily continues to reiterate to me this behavior is intentional, obvious, and doesn’t work the way the mother intends.
  • 2017-01-24:
    • Respondent’s mother, Lily’s maternal grandmother {EXHIBIT}, angrily called her “a stinking brat” for giving Kaylie a cookie that she removed the sprinkles from with full understanding, since Lily simply didn’t want her sugar cookie and gave it away.
  • 2017-01-14:
    • Continuous antagonistic manipulation using unnecessary restrictions and vague “moving the goalposts” dismissiveness, in this case regarding giving permission to attend PantheaCon in February…
      • Respondent: “If your dad paid the money that he’s supposed to like the court said, then we could go.”
      • Lily: “But you don’t have the money to.”
      • Respondent: “Then it depends on your dad’s actions and yours”
  • 2017-01-09:
    • Respondent is trying to persuade Lily to be over with her more often
    • Respondent is overacting about how “sad” she is about various things:
      • Complaining about things she can’t find, like her easel that she’s so very adamant about how she bought it, that she may have left at the old house
      • Wishing to claim possession of our old sofa set that she insists she would have wanted to keep for some eventuality that she would have an apartment
      • Complaining about how she would be able to live in an apartment if she was receiving her support money that her court order gives her
      • “Really missed” the bed
  • 2017-01-02:
    • “Brandon is there, and I don’t like when he is because he always talks about himself and his job like my mom does, about herself”
      • Brandon is dealing with some “next-level crazy” with Respondent in exchange for some crappy sex and he has no idea what league he’s getting himself into… oh well, LOL
  • 2016-12-29:
    • “[Respondent] pushed me to get out of the way to go to Brandon so I guess she/mom likes him better than me when Bre was there my mom also pushed her into the kitchen when Bre was trying to fold the blankets and then when Kaylie was on her bed my mom yelled at her to get up and me and Brandon where there.”
  • 2016-12-28:
    • Respondent told all three children that “they have a new stepdad” with all five present at the fifth-wheel trailer.
  • 2016-12-20:
    • Respondent bribes Lily with multiple “reasons” why she should go be with her, including using Lily’s sister in the process.
  • 2016-12-14:
    • Lily elaborates: After her mother threw her across the room by her wrists and ankles, hitting her forehead when she landed on Respondent’s bed across the room of her fifth-wheel trailer in Oxnard, her next concern WASN’T to check on my daughter, but to run to her new boyfriend Brandon.
  • 2016-12-11:
    • Respondent hung Lily from ankles and wrists on Saturday 2016-12-10, “trying to make her cry in front of Brandon” (Respondent’s much younger boyfriend) after he was making fun of and joking about how “Lily never cries”, moving her forcibly from the kitchen (where she was doing her school project), “throwing her” to the corner of Respondent’s bed.  {EXHIBIT}
    • Lily would like to formally request legal representation, to remove custodial access of herself from her mother and ongoing abuse secretively administered upon her.  {EXHIBIT}
  • 2016-11-30:
    • Lily confirms Brandon is Respondent’s “boyfriend”, and is 24 years old, not 19.
  • 2016-11-22:
    • Respondent yelling at Lily multiple times now
    • One of Respondent’s boyfriends Brandon spent the night in fifth-wheel trailer, Lily barely slept
    • Respondent threatening to take iPad (school) and phone (court-ordered access) away, for being blamed for allegedly knocking over laundry intentionally
      • Respondent said she would “go for a walk” and expects the trailer clean when she gets back
    • Lily to call CPS (because her therapist and police both told her she could in the past) and call me back
      • No phone call response as of four hours later
  • 2016-11-19:
    • {demonstrating overacting} Respondent is “so so sad” that Lily doesn’t hug her all the time.
    • Respondent is trying to call me “your dad Dave” around Lily as a form of distancing alienation.
  • 2016-11-03:
    • Interesting how Respondent suddenly decided that strong feminine role models are no longer desirable to her, vocally to Lily and her sisters.  Respondent still going on about how she no longer likes Ellie, Alanis, sometimes even Taylor Swift and Lindsey Stirling.
  • 2016-11-02:
    • Respondent decided to call today with meddling questions about a peer at school, whose mom called Respondent
    • Respondent: “confused if he was still her friend or not”, and “really mad / kind of sad that you weren’t his friend”
    • Lily: “He said he likes me, but I don’t like him”
    • Respondent thinks they’re “best friends”, but they’re just friends, and Lily told her mom that but she doesn’t seem to believe it.
  • 2016-10-31:
    • Kaylie is being observed to “cheat” on recent boyfriends now, and the primary concern with her unchecked desire for sexual activity, and “having a baby” being her unfortunate goal at 14 years of age, is disturbingly characteristic of verbatim emulation of Respondent’s observed behavior.
    • 2016-10-27 Kaylie called Crisis Team again at night due to suicidal thoughts
    • When Lily was in shower, Kaylie took “pain killers because her mom was using those”
    • While behind shower curtain, snuck razor blade in with her to take a shower, and cut herself there so she could rinse all the blood off
    • All these things Respondent told Lily to not tell me
      • Allegedly if she told, still says I would “get all mad” or “hurt us”
    • “Daddy’s Little Girl” shirt worn by Lily’s choice on 2016-10-30
      • Overheard Respondent mutter behind her back in jealousy “maybe I should get a sweater called ‘Mommy’s Girl’ so she’ll wear it”
  • 2016-10-17:
    • Respondent using Brandon for 10pm trip to Magic Mountain with Lily and Kaylie, not arriving home until 3am on 2016-10-15
  • 2016-10-16:
    • Kaylie is asking Lily about whether she’d be interested in having a niece or nephew.  Lily’s concern is that Kaylie is interested again in having a baby, this time with a different classmate than her “regular” boyfriend.
  • 2016-10-02:
    • Kaylie ran away again and is now in a “shelter”.  My daughter Lily had been continually left in Kaylie’s care while Respondent does various things.  The toilet in the trailer Respondent was living in was leaking, and using the community restroom costs money.  From what I understand now, the trailer has been relocated away from the trailer park near a gas station.
  • 2016-09-19:
    • Respondent “threw” the cat while angry.
  • 2016-09-04:
    • Lily explains that she discovered on Friday, after returning to Respondent’s trailer from school, that they suddenly have a cat. Lily has suggested that she recognizes this as a way for Respondent to attempt to “trick” Lily into wanting to stay with Respondent more often that Lily says will not work. My major concern is for the life of this pet, considering Respondent’s track record with pets: using them as pawns, rushing to acquire new responsibilities simultaneously and overwhelming each to the point that everything ends up falling apart, and how easily dissociative Respondent becomes
      • Claiming at one point that she allegedly “gave up” our family cat to me, when in reality she abandoned her after kidnapping the children from the home
      • Mentions how Respondent’s out of money all the time, and now has plenty of money for a pet and pet supplies
    • Lily says Respondent suddenly acquired multiple gift cards for various restaurants. My concern is her manipulation of the generosity of others into donating items as she acts like anyone other than herself has caused her claimed destitution.
  • 2016-08-29:
    • Respondent only takes Lily to the park for Respondent’s own convenience or appearances, to feign an interest in Lily’s play time.
    • Respondent expects Lily to be her physical servant (bringing groceries in from car, without being asked, while Respondent runs straight in without closing her car door, goes into trailer to text on her phone)
    • Respondent will blast music from speakers in car immediately behind the children on the way back from Lancaster, usually pop music on the radio
  • 2016-08-19:
    • Lily shares a vivid dream she had last night about Respondent going to jail for 25 years
  • 2016-08-13:
    • Respondent is telling Lily she “needs to” ask me why I “never listen to the radio”
  • 2016-07-15:
    • Respondent was calling me a “fucking bitch” in an angry shouting fit within Lily and Bre’s presence. She then reiterated in many ways that they should keep secret from me that she said this. Respondent insisted again to Bre that she “probably wouldn’t ever talk to [me] again, but if [she] ever did” to not share the angry fit, which lasted at least 20 minutes according to Lily.
    • Respondent is questioning Lily about my transgender status in probing and impersonal ways, mocking about whether “he thinks he’s a girl all the time now” and “well I think that’s what *he* thinks” (about “being a girl”).
      • Whenever she find out Lily tells me the truth about what Respondent does, Respondent takes out her anger on Lily.
    • Respondent “doesn’t like” Lily going to the PD near my home. “I’m really sad because he’s trying to make me go to jail.”
    • Respondent is attempting to incorrectly assert possessiveness of my vehicle and family cat, verbally through Lily, as though Respondent incorrectly thinks these were “bought for [her]”. Respondent sold her vehicle in 2014, and abandoned the family cat permanently, as of August 2015, to me.
    • Respondent attempts to take to acknowledgement of any pleasant activity Lily has with me as a cue to buy her affection and offer the “same thing” while when in her custody. This action is manipulative and alienating.
  • 2016-07-09:
    • Lily and Kaylie are unsupervised in trailer while mom is at a party (Ahzriel’s birthday)
      • Kaylie, who has Asperger Syndrome, has been suicidal and in and out of mental hospitals for a year.
      • Kaylie has shouted multiple times, causing adults to come wonder what’s happening.
      • Kaylie has locked Lily out of the trailer two times today.
    • When Lily asked Kaylie the last time she hurt herself, she angrily shouted in response “it’s been over a month!”
      • Most of the reason Kaylie begins to calm her anger around Lily is Lily’s ability to cheer her up or distract her from angering stimuli.
  • 2016-06-24:
    • Lily says Respondent tells her that I “want to change my name to an Irish name and that it ‘disgusts’ her”, when none of that is true.
  • 2016-06-18:
    • Thursday, 6/16: All three children are unattended in Respondent’s fifth wheel trailer while Respondent is at work.
    • Lily expresses desire to be active outside and run and play sometimes, and Respondent will become angry with Lily, as she did this day once returning from “work”. Lily has asked politely as well as declared that she is “active, not lazy” (as in she doesn’t feel comfortable being made to sit inactive for no reason).
    • Respondent will block the door, or have the children sit without direction for half an hour or longer.
    • Lily says she was thrown to the ground as well as told angrily “will you just be quiet?”
    • Lily says her mother held her hand over her mouth, pulled her necklace backwards on her neck, and caused a noticeable wide scratch on the rear left of her neck that is over an inch long.
    • Respondent told her “if anyone asks about the scratch, tell them the necklace moved and it scratched you, not that I did it”.
    • Lily went to school and told people the truth when asked about it.
  • 2016-05-21:
    • Respondent inexcusably opened a simple birthday letter addressed to me by my daughter Lily, even after Lily asked to not have it opened.
      • It simply said something like “I will miss this house”, with a sweet drawing she made for me, in celebration of what our future holds.
      • Lily even apologized to me for the envelope being opened since her mother opened it.
  • 2016-05-16:
    • Lily was expected to stay at a school peer’s house on 2016-05-15, whose mother Respondent is friends with. She broke Lily’s glasses by intentional carelessness and then attempted to pass the blame for it happening, “since it was an accident — you should be more careful” to Lily. Respondent attempted to “super-glue” the bridge, but it failed the very next morning at school. Lily then needed to have them held together with tape by a yard duty worker.
    • Kaylie is in mental hospital again “for two weeks”.
    • Lily is having trouble sleeping nearly every night because Respondent is on the phone talking about “*her dad*” {with instigative emphasis} on the phone with one of her two boyfriends R or G.
  • 2016-05-09:
    • Respondent tried to complain to Lily “I don’t know why he didn’t just ‘let you’ stay Sunday night”, ignoring that Lily didn’t want to, and Respondent never asked me anyway.
    • Respondent is also continuing to try to get Lily to sneak things over to her without my permission, this time her “hair clippers”.
  • 2016-05-08:
    • Respondent has a new boyfriend J “who slept with” Respondent Saturday night, then went with Respondent and the girls to Magic Mountain and “bought us stuff”.  When Lily tried to tell him jokes or anything, he would get upset and tell her “stop”.
  • 2016-05-06:
    • Lily says that she was never visited by CPS Christine at the trailer, and that Christine visited Respondent “during lunch”, so she wasn’t even there.  Clearly Christine is lying, but WHY?
  • 2016-05-01:
    • Respondent’s continual desire to directly contradict reality is baffling. Lily by stark comparison, does not have such a predisposition for false testimony as Respondent does, yet Respondent would like to continue to insist that I accept her word over my own daughter’s, despite the intentional and blatant ongoing dishonesty of Respondent.
    • Lily says Respondent will feign “happiness or fun” mostly only in my presence to try to cause some kind of jealousy in her futile and overdramatic ways.
  • 2016-04-26:
    • Respondent’s most disturbing failing is her incessant insistence to Lily that she herself is a liar simply because she refuses to repeat her mother’s twisted views for her, like her sisters are made to.
  • 2016-04-22:
    • Wednesday after school, when Respondent tried picking up Lily after track practice:
      • Lily refused, and Respondent continued her phone conversation while Lily decided to start walking away from her school, while Respondent didn’t notice, to a safe friend’s house down the street. When Respondent attempted to force Lily to go with her, against her request to be with me, Lily screamed at her mother multiple times that the police told her “you can’t make me go where I don’t want to go”. Lily’s voice was hoarse from this when she explained it, and why her voice sounded that way two days later.
    • Thursday:
      • Lily was expected to spend all day after school on Thursday with two of Respondent’s friends again, both continuously against Lily’s will.
      • Respondent’s friend Ahzriel waited outside Respondent’s fifth-wheel trailer when Respondent’s other friend pulled up and dropped Lily off, Lily has keys so she opened the door, then had to stay with Ahzriel until after 10pm, when Respondent arrived.
    • Friday, Lily braided her own hair in the morning while getting ready for school “because her mom was still asleep”. Respondent became upset with Lily because she didn’t ask her to do her hair, instead of doing it herself.
      • Respondent became angry at Lily for not eating dinner the night before, but Ahzriel caused her to not be able to, by using the sink, covering the table with her craft supplies (flower petal pieces?), and having her guest named Bryan using Lily’s usual locations for sitting and eating. All of this caused Lily discomfort. Respondent accused Lily directly of making this up, when she explained it to her.
      • Respondent tried to pressure Lily into going to the Chuck E Cheese event today that she didn’t want to go to, by aggressively “telling [her] that she was going”. Respondent, to Lily: “I’m gonna go, and I’d better see you there.”
    • Kaylie was in the mental hospital again this week, likely due to her runaway and Lily’s CPS call.
    • Respondent is trying to suggest, randomly, to Lily that she should “walk away” from anyone trying to “do anything to her” (specifically sexually, though Respondent is intentionally vague when mentioning things like this). I reinforced with Lily that you should do more than that, to scream, kick, run, and whatever necessary to get to someone safe, and don’t stop until you do. Respondent is attempting to imply that I would be one of these people she should try to “be safe from”. Such false alluding is emotionally abusive to Lily.
    • Respondent told Lily that she isn’t allowed to bring her own cheerleading trophy home with her, falsely alleging “[I] might break it or something”.
    • Lily has discovered a “friend” S to be literally a spy, planted by Lily’s mother. Lily was talking about her problems about her mother with her friends, S overheard without permission, then was observed to directly report Lily’s private conversations to Respondent.
  • 2016-04-20:
    • Three officers showed up at Lily’s school, at my request, though we didn’t need three.  My ultimate question that was finally answered by the younger of the three Oxnard PD officers: “Will you prevent me from having my daughter go with me, even if that is her adamant request, and very specifically so she no longer has to go with her mother, also at her request?”  They profess to require a court order first.
  • 2016-04-19:
    • Respondent is pressuring Lily again with alienation tactics: “If you have to choose between me and your dad, you’ll choose *me*, right? Because I’m your *mother*.”
      • Intentional emphasis is placed on “mother” by Respondent, for the direct emotional manipulation to imply to Lily that being her “mother” is somehow “more important” than her “father”.
  • 2016-04-18, as reported by Lily:
    • 2016-04-15, After track tryouts at school, Lily was taken to Lancaster to pick up her sisters, Kaylie from maternal grandmother house, Bre from one of Respondent’s “boyfriends” D.
    • 2016-04-16:
      • One of “bad luck days” for Respondent
      • Kaylie is being groomed to wear dark/black “emo” makeup by Respondent
      • Lily’s milk was spilled accidentally near Respondent’s purse, so she purchased a new one for around $30
      • Respondent dropped a dollar bill, then was angry that she only had coins, and continued that anger into the car with the children
    • 2016-04-17:
      • Kaylie ran away from home again (the fifth-wheel trailer), and told Respondent that she “never wanted to come home again”.
        • Bre and Lily were left at the trailer during this, because it “wasn’t going to take long”.
        • Movie was started before Respondent left, then the movie ended before return.
        • Respondent was gone for over 1.5 hours
        • Kaylie was recovered from “a Wendy’s or something” after a phone call with her.
      • Lily’s regular backpack was swapped for a used, oversize brown messenger bag for an unknown reason.
    • Lily was told by her mother to keep it a secret from me that Kaylie ran away again, and to not say anything “unless Lily was living with me”, which Lily said she “thinks will be really soon”.
    • Call with CPS: I answered identifying questions and explained that Brittany Peterson said Lily could make the call.  Lily’s statement was taken
  • 2016-04-13:
    • Monday [04.11] at school, Lily says she was told that the police come when a child needs one. I told her “then yes, they’re supposed to be listening to you and what you’re telling them”. She said that she answered all his questions and that he said “that’s not a good enough reason”. She says the officer and the principal told her that she “had to” go with her mother, despite her insistence that she didn’t want to. {EXHIBIT}
    • On Monday [04.11] after school, Respondent acted like “they were on their way, just running late” to someone on the phone. Lily says Respondent tried another mind trick, trying to convince her to “remember they were going to make mini cupcakes”, (Lily ignored this to avoid conflict), so then Respondent and Lily went to the store, and she took her home to the fifth-wheel trailer to spend the rest of the evening “making cupcakes”.
    • Tuesday [04.12] after school, Lily was kept over at Respondent’s friend’s house until 7pm, then at the trailer watched “some of the new Star Wars that [she] wasn’t even paying attention to” that they just rented prior, and went to bed. The only reason she’s okay with making her way through this weekend is because she’s pretty sure she gets to see her sister Bre again, so she’s looking forward to being active with her sister as a way to avoid “hanging out” with Respondent. Respondent then complains to Lily that it’s “taking away her time” as a way to guilt her, but doesn’t work.
  • 2016-04-11:
    • Lily appears to have been convinced by an officer and her principal to go home with her mother. She had obviously been crying and very disappointed she has to do this.
      • I reminded her that I told them that they are not allowed to make her go anywhere she doesn’t want to go.
      • I told her that they are only “following the rules” that the court says for now.
  • 2016-04-08:
    • Lily says that she felt forced to have a peer from school (Respondent’s friend’s daughter) sleep over at Respondent’s trailer, and did not want it. When asked if her mom asked for her to be watched or something, rather Lily’s description is more in line with her mother insisting that it happens regardless of Lily’s wishes.
    • Lily was carrying a live bee in her right jacket pocket with her hand covering it since before visitation exchange today. When asked about it, she lied to cover it up (as though she “sometimes just keeps her hand in a pocket”), and acted like she had no idea how it got in there, but appeared to be lying for some reason. It turns out she honestly seems to have no idea about it being in there (as the jacket was previously outside at the RV park?), but Lily’s behavior was extremely standoffish.
    • Respondent attempted to convince Lily specifically to “not trust” me, and it’s because “remember what happened before?” and went on again about her false allegations of calling me “manic”. This caused Lily to not be able to openly speak with me anymore suddenly ever since I picked her up, until she revealed this. When Lily asked her mother what “manic” meant, she told her to “ask your dad”.
    • Lily says that when Respondent brought her and Kaylie back to the house to get stuff (shortly after the kidnapping in August 2015), that weekend that she discovered the surveillance camera I placed temporarily in my closed office, “Kaylie started crying because [mother] had her scared”, convinced she needed to check her bedroom for nonexistent “miniature cameras”.
    • Respondent found it bizarrely necessary within the last few weeks to start telling Lily about my “story”, specifically that I didn’t move out of my dad’s house until 20-something, that I “snuck out with a friend helping”, and that she’s friends with one of them, and that another is “Isaac or something” (no, I don’t know anyone named Isaac).
  • 2016-04-06:
    • Respondent expected Lily to remain in a loosely supervised situation from 3pm-7pm at PAL gym, claiming it’s “child care” again, and then remain after closing outside the building alone until “around 7:35pm”.
  • 2016-04-04:
    • Respondent mentioned that next month she wants to go to a “gun show” and was going to see if she could bring Lily, “since it’s on a weekend away from her”.
  • 2016-03-25:
    • Lily was disappointed she was unable to see Kaylie again. So apparently, Kaylie’s been enrolled yet again in a mental health hold.
      • Does it honestly still not concern Respondent that her illegal removal of Kaylie’s stepfather from her, against all of Respondent’s past sentiments about “absent father figures” early in Kaylie’s life, might still be a dominant influence on her diminished condition? Or for that matter, Respondent’s intentional further alienation tactics?
      • I’m continually concerned about Respondent’s ability to parent these children, seeing as Kaylie’s suicidal thoughts are directly related to Respondent’s insistence to her that I was ever “crazy” without correcting the misinformation.
  • 2016-02-19:
    • Lily is kept at Respondent’s friend Ahzriel’s house, against her will, yesterday 2/18, from after school until beyond her bedtime at 10pm. When Lily asks if she can spend that “child care” time at a place she prefers instead, she’s dismissed as though “it’s been explained to her” already.

    • Lily says Respondent is alleging to her (and goodie, probably others too then) that I “take or swallow pills that are like beer, or some kind of like vitamins at PantheaCon”, that I “do drugs”, and to “watch out for any” because apparently I “hide them from her”.
      • What’s this next new “concern” story you’re inventing about me to Lily?
    • “Mom also said she only ever smoked one cigarette and that’s it.”
      • DO you have amnesia or something? Have you lost your ability to control yourself? Explain yourself for a change, Respondent. DO you still somehow believe I ever did ANYTHING to you to deserve your constant slander? Good luck proving I’m anything but a virtual straight-edge compared to your projections onto me that are, again, laughably, provable that you are the actual source of such “drug use”.  You will cease these futile attempts at alienating my daughter against me with your incessantly dishonorable behavior. Or are you going to pretend that I made all of this up too?  Make your decision or not. My only choice and desire, indefinitely, is to move forward regardless of your intentional obstacles.

    • Lily: “Before, umm, when you said something about “The Matrix” before … and Mommy said that, umm, you’re “crazy” when we were out of the house.”
    • Lily: “I like when you dress pretty, but the clothes that you showed me last night were also *really* pretty.”
    • Cole: “I know Lily, I’m saving it for PantheaCon though {February 2016}, because I don’t even feel comfortable even wearing that yet.”
    • Lily: “You can dress however you want, it’s YOUR self.”

    • All my girlies know I’m genderfluid now, yay! Lily thought my silver pewter outfit was fantastic, and had the biggest sqwee, heehee.

    • I had a conversation with Bre on the way walking to pick up Lily from school, and discussed lesbianism among others (relationships only, not sexual activity, that’s for when she’s older). She was very receptive when I was able to explain to her for the first time about being pangender.
